Congratulations! You’ve completed Session 6 of the Web Support Project, the caregiver wellbeing section. Taking care of yourself is important too. Let’s review!

  1. Being a cargiver can be very rewarding at times, but it can also be very stressful. Remember you are not alone in your caregiving journey.
  2. Don't forget to take care of yourself! Set aside some alone time each day.
  3. Don't think you have to do it all by yourself! Seek help from family and friends.
  4. Find ways to help yourself relax, such as exercising. You might find it helpful to keep a stress log.
